Police on Wednesday said that two unidentified militants have been killed, while searches are underway in Machil area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara.
Updating about the ongoing gunfight, The Kashmir Police Zone tweeted, ” 02 militants killed. Search operation still going on. Further details shall follow(sic)”
Earlier police said that a gunfight is underway between militants and government forces in Machil area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
In a tweet Kashmir Police Zone wrote, ” Encounter going on near Pichnad Machil area of Kupwara district. Army and Kupwara police on job. Further details shall follow(sic).”
