Apni Party Senior Leader and Media Advisor, Farooq Andrabi, has rued the lack of a dialysis centre in Chadoora and the inadequate medical facilities at the local government hospital.
Highlighting the issue, Andrabi stated, “In Chadoora, we have a so-called Sub-District Hospital (SDH), which technically operates as a Community Health Centre (CHC) and lacks adequate facilities for patients.”
In his statement issued here, Andabi said, “The government has recently allocated several dialysis centres in Budgam district, but none in Chadoora, even though the administration had officially announced the allocation of a dialysis centre here one and a half years ago. Despite being one of the largest constituencies in terms of population, Chadoora is struggling with a lack of adequate medical facilities for its residents.”
Andrabi urged the government to allocate a dialysis centre for Chadoora and ensure the required healthcare facilities at the hospital.
