The Apni Party has confirmed its participation in all five parliamentary seats in Jammu and Kashmir, with candidates already chosen for the upcoming elections.
Led by former Minister Altaf Bukhari as its President , the party aims to address the region’s challenges since its inception. Bukhari expressed confidence in garnering support across JK and emphasized their readiness to contest the polls.
While the candidate list is finalized, it will be officially announced after the Election Commission of India’s visit to the region.
The ECI’s visit aims to assess security and administrative conditions ahead of the elections, with the possibility of simultaneous parliamentary and assembly polls being considered.
