How it Works:
The Newscraving compensates authors of both journalistic works and fiction. Once your published content reaches a total revenue of $100 USD, you’ll be eligible for a payout. We’ll keep you informed about upcoming payments via email notifications sent directly to your registered email address. The author payments are largely dependent on quality of content and the reader engagement.
- Once your account is active: The Newscraving (newscraving@gmail.com) will contact you requesting a blank invoice.
- Provide your bank details: Upon receiving the request, reply to the email with a blank invoice containing the following information:
- Account Name: The name on your bank account.
- Mailing Address: The address associated with your bank account.
- Name of the Bank: Your bank’s name.
- Branch Name: The branch where your account is held (if applicable).
- Routing Number (ABA)/SWIFT-BIC/SORT Code: This routing information helps identify your bank for electronic transfers.
- Account Number/IBAN: Your specific bank account number (or IBAN for international accounts).
Payment Information:
- Minimum payout: You will receive a payout once your accumulated revenue reaches $100.
- Payment timeline: Payments are processed 60 days after the reporting month ends. For example, January earnings are paid out around February 25th.
- Payout frequency: Monthly payouts occur on the 25th of each month (subject to off business day exceptions).
- Transfer time: Once processed, you can expect to receive the funds within 5-7 business days.
Didn’t receive a request?
If you haven’t been contacted for your bank details after reaching $100 in earnings, don’t hesitate to inquire by sending a blank invoice to newscraving@gmail.com.
Once registered:
Following successful registration of your bank account details, you’ll receive future payouts through your chosen method (as specified in the invoice).
