A tragic incident occurred in the Charisharief area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday night, resulting in the death of a 27-year-old man.
An official reported that Ishfaq Ahmad Khatana, son of Shabir Ahmad and a resident of Bajpathri Watakullo Charisharief, was extracting soil at Bajpathri Charisharief Budgam when a landslide struck. Khatana died at the scene. Authorities have begun proceedings regarding the incident.
