Newscraving Desk: Srinagar, Nov 16 Cold weather conditions show no signs of relenting as mercury plunged across Kashmir Valley with Srinagar, the summer capital of J&K, recording its coldest night of the season so far on Tuesday. A meteorological department official said that mercury settled at minus 1.2°C against minus 0.0°C on the previous night in Srinagar.
