By Ritika Jain Supreme Court on Wednesday said the Centre could not use the bogey of national security to curtail someone’s rights while reversing the telecast ban on MediaOne, a Malayalam news channel. “National security claims cannot be made out of thin air. There must be material facts backing it,” the Supreme Court said.
