MLA Budhal Assembly constituency Choudhary Javed Iqbal today said that police have rounded up more than 60 people after 17 people died in Budhal area of Rajouri. He however ruled out any communal angle in the death and said that the spring which has been sealed today had permissible limits of pesticides. Earlier a minor girl hailing from Badhaal village of Rajouri district died on Sunday, taking the death toll to 17. 15-year-old Yasmeen daughter of Mohammad Aslam died in SGMS hospital in Jammu and was the eighth family member to die in Aslam's family and 17th in Budhaal area in 45 days. Yasmeen’s other five siblings have died earlier. Doctors say that deaths have occurred due to neurotoxins, but MHA-led inter-ministerial team is probing the exact causes of these deaths. Police have constituted an 11-member SIT to probe personal dispute as a likely reason.
