The woman suspected of killing elite cyclist Anna Morial “Mo” Wilson in Austin, Texas has been captured and arrested in Costa Rica, announced U.S. Marshals Office. Kaitlin Marie Armstrong, 34, was found at a hostel on Santa Teresa Beach in Provincia de Puntarenas. She was wanted for the May 11 shooting of Wilson in what investigators believe was an act of romantic jealousy. Armstrong and Wilson both had dated professional cyclist Colin Strickland, 35.
